This is a lovely old cast metal footed jewelry casket from the Art Nouveau period. It is gold washed and still has what appears to be the original pink silk lining on the top and bottom (however, the lining has some minor damage). The design of this casket is in a flower motif. It has a 1002 marking on the bottom. It stands 3" in height and measures 3-1/4" across. |
