| Back | This is an absolutely splendid yet stunningly unusual pair of earrings. They feature blue aurora borealis beads and fine filigree work in a perplexing-but-brilliant arrangement. They are dated circa 1950 and are clip-backs. This item is from the salesmen samples of earrings dating back to the 1930s to 1950s. Subsequently, they have never been worn and show very little wear or age (except from being boxed with other jewelry). These pieces are good examples of the workmanship one could expect from small family owned jewelry companies of the day. Each set of earring was meticulously hand crafted, with only the finest materials selected for inclusion. |
